WHAT DO YOU GET?
Our training programmes give you access to support wherever in the world you are based. You can sign up month by month, or for three month blocks. Each month you will receive:
- a personal consultation via Zoom,
- personalised training plan
- exercises tailored to the training plan
- access to training videos
- unlimited personalised video feedback via WhatsApp
- access to support via message/WhatsApp
